Job Description -

Imperial Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join the engineering team at our client in Tuxford on a permanent basis.

Our client is seeking a forward thinking individual who wants to progress and is career driven.

Working Hours and Pay -
Days

Monday - Friday

£30,000pa

About the role -

Pre Pour Inspection_
Read and understand mould/framework drawings for RC and prestressed products
Checking dimensional checks on units, confirming compliance and to document any no compliances.
Post Pour Inspection_
To inspect every product in line with the Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) for every project and ensure they are inspected the following day from production and meets relevant required specification._

Responsibilities -

Supporting the Quality Manager, general duties will include:

Inspecting manufactured products following production to ensure the product complies to the required standards.
Ensuring that all required finishing or remedial works are identified and recorded.
Assisting with any External and Internal Quality related audits.
To ensure the high standards of all the quality documents are up to date and always maintained.
Liaising with the management team to identify and implement any improvement opportunities in the working practices and productivity performance.
Raising Non-Conformance reports to the relevant forms and checking they've been assigned to the relevant person(s) for action and investigations.
To participate in nonconformance investigations and being proactive in formulating targeted corrective actions.
To assist in ensuring legislative, safety laws and company health are being complied with by all staff at all times.
