Our Client


Our client, an early stage, high-growth tech business has developed a 'Social Mobile and Desktop App' designed to disrupt a $250bn global market within the B2B2C space.

Founded in 2016 by a tech entrepreneur who has successfully built and sold 3 companies,1 of which made it to IPO.

Our client has gone through two completed rounds of investment and is now looking to hire a Lead Business Development Manager.


What You'll Get


The Lead Business Development Manager will be based out of their Hammersmith office 1 day per week with 4 days WFH if wanted.

There will also be the opportunity to get out into the field and meet with clients on their sites.

You can expect a salary whichranges from £50 - 60k with another £24k on top in commission which is uncapped plus great benefits and equity.


What You'll Do


As a Lead Business Development Manager, this is a new business phone sales role where you will be calling hospitality venues to sell this SaaS platform.

You will be targeted on new sign-ups, and work in a fun, dynamic working environment led by excellentsales leaders throughout the business.

This person will help the Commercial Director and Head of Revenue to coach and develop their existing junior sales team, refining their processes and methodologies.

This person will be the most senior individual contributorwithin the business.


What You'll Need
You will have at least 5 years B2B sales experience with a focus on proven phone sales performance.

You will have a desire to join a rapidly scaling SaaS business with global ambitions and the chance to build an amazing career.

This is an awesome opportunityfor those that don't have Tech experience and want to move into the sector.
