We are a Manchester based Online Money Institution.

We provide property management services as well as corporate bank accounts, Consumer accounts and International money Remittance services as well as B2B Forex.

We are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team working alongside our internal Accountants and reporting to the Chief Executive.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will involve but not be limited to:
Preparing and processing Sales Ledger Invoices

Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliations

Credit Control

Payroll

Sales and Purchase Ledger nominal postings

Payment of expenses/Invoices

General organisation of the departments

Producing Monthly accounts

Administration to include post/scanning/filing

General organisational of the department

Full oversight of company finances

Key Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good Administrative skills

An organised and methodical approach to working

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

An enthusiastic, polite cheerful attitude

An honest and discreet attitude when dealing with company accounts

The ability to work to deadline

Strong Microsoft Office skills are a prerequisite.

Xero experience ideal

Proven track record in Accounts

Good IT skills

Accountancy qualification such as AAT or studying towards one.

Practical, flexible attitude with a hands on approach

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work quickly with absolute accuracy

Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
