The Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge in 2023 and beyond? The pharmacy team at University Hospital Monklands are looking for Assistant Technical Officers (ATO) in a variety of permanent and fixed term posts to join us.
An ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload and to work under pressure is essential along with an ability to take direction and work under your own initiative and as part of a team.

What we'll need you to bring:
To assist with the provision of the pharmacy service by participating in:
- The accurate and safe assembly of medicines to be dispensed
- The accurate and safe receipt, storage, distribution and delivery of medicines
- The production, monitoring and filing of documentation
- A ward stock management service
- To undertake Scottish Vocational Qualification level II Training
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience of working in a hospital or community pharmacy
- Experience dealing with members of the public
- Demonstrate customer awareness/focus

Location and Working Pattern:
This role will be based in the Pharmacy within University Hospital Monklands
The working pattern for this role Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
