About the Team

TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.


Responsibilities:


  • Be the bridge between industry categories and central strategy / product teams
  • Build categoryspecific business plan optimizing against pricing, selection, brand diversity to maximize growth and customer experience
  • Build and execute channel promotion strategies, as well as driving continuous traffic optimizations
  • Partner closely with the product team to translate merchant, partner, and internal user feedback into new features
  • Lead the development of special projects that will drive overall Shop Tab objectives on customer & seller experience and business growth

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience of sales operation / program management in retail or marketplace platform
  • Good understanding of retail industry, preferably in the fashion and beauty industries
  • Track record of success defining strategies, implementing business plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence crossfunctional and highlevel stakeholders
  • Datadriven approach to planning and decision making, handson with data, analytics, and modeling
  • Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent skillset
  • Fluency in French or Italian to ease communication with French partners

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to learn, think and react in a fast paced startup environment
  • Product Management, Strategy and Planning, or Management Consulting experience in Retail or ecommerce are plus
  • Experience with working in a diverse environment, crossregion collaborations
  • Experience in data analytics, basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau or Python
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects (prioritisation, planning and task delegation)
  • Fluent in additional languages is a plus as the role is highly crossfunctional
