Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Paramedic /Specialist Paramedic/Nurse Practitioner/ACP for our Home Visiting Team and practice based clinics.A typical day consists of a practice based morning clinic followed by home visits to housebound patients.
- The post holder will provide assessment, differential diagnosis and treatments of acute episodes of minor health and minor injury conditions alongside a home visiting service.
