Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Support Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a various gatehouses and receptions at sites in the Aberdeen area.

Shifts:
Various Day, Night and Weekend shifts as and when required. Shifts as per site rotas hours per week. Monday - Sunday /

Pay rate:
£10.42 per hour minimum, depending on site worked.

Person specification:
-
A valid SIA licence; or applied for / Own transport:

  • A full five year checkable employment history;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.
  • Have a good level of judgement professionalism.
  • IT skills
  • Physically & medically fit
  • Be of smart appearance
  • Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills
years' experience would be advantageous

  • Must have the ability to deal with the emergency services

The Role:
Deliver a high quality concierge and security service to our clients


Responsibilities:


  • Manning the sites of our clients various gatehouses and receptions
  • Being the first point of contact for customers visitors and staff
  • Monitoring fire alarms intruder alarms and cctv
  • Patrolling
  • Reporting and monitoring loss and waste
  • Issuing keys and booking in visitors and contractors
  • Undertake any other site duties that are given by site manager
Knowledge and Experience

  • An understanding of Health & Safety at work & the likely issues to occur in a residential building.
  • A mature & nonjudgmental attitude to working with a client group that may present challenging behaviour

  • Articulate, ability to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds & seeks to understand & be understood. Writes clearly & concisely
