With the opportunity to achieve accreditations with the likes of Microsoft (Azure, 365 and more ), Cisco, and other technical world leaders, we're looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our busy Service Operations team.

As a member of our Service Operations team, you'll receive structured training to ensure you can provide customers with the best advice and guidance every day.

With progression, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in an area of business you're interested in, whether that be cloud platform and data, cyber security, productivity and collaboration, or connectivity.


What you'll be doing:

Working within a supportive team, you'll deliver outstanding technical guidance across a wide variety of businesses. With no two days the same, you'll make a difference by providing the very best customer service.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering high levels of customer service and technical support
  • Acting as the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Resolving issues and requests efficiently to maintain our outstanding rectification times
  • Configuring customer requirements and identifying appropriate solutions
  • Working as part of our highly skilled Service Operations team to support customer operations

Overview of your training plan:


Phase One months) — Fundamentals

  • Develop your skillset and knowledge of our UC products and services
  • You'll develop your confidence with specialised soft skills training that will enhance your ability to communicate effectively
  • You'll complete a wide range of technical training including productspecific courses

Phase Two months) — Technical Foundations

  • Your technical training will continue by learning the CompTIA A+, 8x8 and MS900

Phase Three months) — Networking

  • Expand your skillset further by learning about our Connectivity solutions within our supportive NOC
  • Technical training will then focus on networking, learning networking fundamentals and achieving the Juniper JNCIA training and certification
  • Excel your technical knowledge by beginning to learn about our other key technologies including cloud and cyber security

Phase Four months) — Choose your path

  • Specialise in your chosen route of progression with further training to support you to succeed
  • For those of you who progress within our Service Operations team, you can then build your confidence further by supporting our customers while on call
  • Begin involvement in the deployment of our wide range of services
