Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday Working time between the hours of 8AM to 8PM (to be confirmed at the time of interview) - flexibility required.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To supervise the Planning team across the UK Inbound
- Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas.
- To ensure all routes are planned in the most efficient way in terms of time and cost.
- To deputise for the UK Planning Manager, and work closely with the Account Team in support of the customer.
- To play a key role in creation of monthly scorecards, presentations and review packs.

- Previous supervisor/management experience desirable
- Customer relationship/service experience
- Planning experience
- Excellent UK postcode and road network knowledge
