Shift pattern:

Monday - Friday Working time between the hours of 8AM to 8PM (to be confirmed at the time of interview) - flexibility required.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

To supervise the Planning team across the UK Inbound
Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas.
To ensure all routes are planned in the most efficient way in terms of time and cost.
To deputise for the UK Planning Manager, and work closely with the Account Team in support of the customer.
To play a key role in creation of monthly scorecards, presentations and review packs.

Previous supervisor/management experience desirable
Customer relationship/service experience
Planning experience
Excellent UK postcode and road network knowledge
