Master Vehicle Technician

£35k - £40k basic + bonus

Southend

Permanent/Full Time


Our client, based in Southend, Essex is on the lookout for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join their busy team.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Consulting and leading on more complicated repair work and act as the expert for more junior team members.
  • Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop team.
  • Acting as a second to the Workshop Controller on site.
  • Supporting with education/development of the apprentices in the workshop.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Your Background & Skill:


  • Fully qualified main dealer Master Technician or Senior/Diagnostic Technician looking for the next step.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician/Senior Technician within main car dealerships.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
