An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant with the Pharmacy Department of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Pharmacy Administrator for Pharmacy Department

Based at Duncan Macmillan House

Permanent, full time position (1WTE, 37.5 hours per week, no weekends) Part time will be considered.

Band 3

An opportunity for a Pharmacy Administrator has arisen to work within the Pharmacy Department at Duncan Macmillan House


As a Pharmacy Administrator you will be required to provide comprehensive support to the Pharmacy Department and undertake administrative and secretarial duties as required.

You should have a good level of education, and possess word processing/typing RSA II/III. Good organisation skills are essential to this post, as is a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. An excellent telephone manner is necessary with an ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
