Description
GEOX is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team in Westfield White City.

The main goal of this position is to provide an excellent customer experience.

The Shopfloor Supervisor contributes to the positive atmosphere of the store by satisfying company requirements with regards to visual merchandising and brand service model.


Main accountabilities:

  • Opening and closing of the store.

Sales Drive:

  • Drive sales of the store reaching both personal and team results.
  • Geox relationship model Ambassador ensuring customers receive an excellent brand experience.
  • Owner of excellent product knowledge as the main driver to maximize daily sales.
  • Develop and maintain longlasting client relationships by establishing a returning client base maximizing the brand loyalty program.
  • Guarantee excellence in managing sales KPIs to achieve goals.
  • Introduce Customers to the Geox omnichannel shopping experience and loyalty program Benefeet.
Visual Merchandising & Operations

  • Adhere to company visual standards at all times.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Monitor shipping, transfers, and special requests from customers.

  • Adhere to work schedule, attend staff meetings, courses and training.
  • Ensures image and behavioral standards are compliant with company regulations and values.
  • Support and help the merchandising of the shop windows on a weekly basis.

Licence/Certification:
