About the job:
Role Summary:
To assist Directors, Supervisors and Project Managers with the successful delivery of archaeological site projects.**
Salary: £32,687 - £35,540 per annum (depending on experience)
Location:
PCA London Offices.
Working Week:
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (8am - 4pm) with breaks for lunch and tea.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential -
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous work experience in an office setting
- Clean and in date UK driving licence
- Good computer and numeracy skills
- Diligence, accuracy and an eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines and demands
- Discretion and sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable -
- Previous experience in finance, logistics or HR administration
- Previous experience in data entry and record maintenance
- Previous experience with, or an interest in, developing or enhancing administrative systems
