Are you that person?A lot of our work is ecommerce focussed, we work with consumers and wholesale. Our range is growing and so is our customer base.
We are looking for a focussed individual who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and become part of this journey as the business grows.
This is a rural location, it is in a warehouse with a little office, this is not glamorous at the moment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to organize and manage information
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain supplies inventory by suppporting stock take and ordering items as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Help with packing wholesale orders and booking couriers, goods in etc
- Digital experience to engage with SM audience from time to time
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient typing and data entry abilities
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Clerical skills for maintaining records and filing documents
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment operation
- Basic bookkeeping skills using Xero or similar software
