A lot of our work is ecommerce focussed, we work with consumers and wholesale. Our range is growing and so is our customer base.


We are looking for a focussed individual who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and become part of this journey as the business grows.


This is a rural location, it is in a warehouse with a little office, this is not glamorous at the moment.

But it will change.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Google Suite and other computerized systems to organize and manage information
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain supplies inventory by suppporting stock take and ordering items as needed
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Help with packing wholesale orders and booking couriers, goods in etc
  • Digital experience to engage with SM audience from time to time

Skills:


  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient typing and data entry abilities
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized systems
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Clerical skills for maintaining records and filing documents
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment operation
  • Basic bookkeeping skills using Xero or similar software

Job Type:

Salary:
£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

  • Driving Licence (required)
