    The Chief People Officer is responsible for the Trust's People Directorate and we are seeking an experienced executive to fulfil this important role.

    You will need to be a credible, enthusiastic, experienced, compassionate and inclusive leader with significant experience in people practices.

    Key responsibilities include promoting opportunities for transformation and innovation and supporting staff to provide the best possible services to the people we serve.
