Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Are you looking for a new challenge within an excellent school?
Do you have the passion and experience to be a highly supportive Learning Support Assistant?


Our client is an excellent school in Milton Keynes who are looking for a patient and supportive LSA to be a part of their success.


You will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of supporting a classroom teacher
  • Strong experience supporting groups of students and students on a onetoone basis
  • Experience and understanding of managing students behaviour in a positive way
  • A passion for education and helping students reach their potential
  • Qualifications either specific to SEN Education, SEN or alternative childcare qualifications

You will be:

  • A well experienced SEN teaching assistant or LSA
  • Passionate, driven and keen to make learning creative
  • Committed to inclusive education and raising standards
