Description

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for both the management of a talented team of designers and taking a hands on approach to design.

Key responsibilities include:

Working closely with senior stakeholders to help gather requirements and roadmap our new family of investment reporting products
Leading the design process for these products, understanding their complex flows and intricate data configuration requirements
Taking full ownership of the design process for these products, driving the project from start to finish
Leading, mentoring and growing the product and design team
Partnering closely with Implementation, Frontend and Engineering teams to inform development roadmaps and planning

Required Skills:

5+ years experience in UI or product design
3+ years of experience leading a project, in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities
Excellent visual and interaction portfolio

- data visualisation

Ability to use research to make UX decisions

My client is operating within a hybrid model based in Central London, they are looking for someone to be in the office full-time for the initial period, dropping to four days per week after the probationary period.
