Operatives (M1/2 & 5):

Operative (M1/2 or T1/2):

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain traffic management schemes as per the provided designs.
- Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Liaise with other team members and site managers to ensure seamless operations.
- Be responsive and professional in dealing with unforeseen challenges.
Requirements:
- Lantra M1/2, M5, or T1/2 certification.
- Proven experience in traffic management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Driving Licence
- No Driving convictions
- Less than 6 points
- Have been driving for 3 years or more
