Here are the key details about the position:

Role:
Property Sales Officer

Duration: 3 months (ongoing)

Type:
Hybrid - once a week required to attend office on Tuesdays.

Hourly Pay:
£20.43 (umbrella)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Resales Executive, to support resales initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, government guidance and lease compliance.

To ensure all income and related targets are exceeded, and to provide consistent excellent customer service to our residents at all stages of the journey.
