Manage the administration of the communications department office ensuring that all media enquiries are logged, answered or escalated Draft social media posts, including taking pictures/videos of staff to include Support the production of publications for internal audiences, including monthly online magazine The Brief and twice weekly Staff Bulletin Monitor press coverage; maintain press cuttings and send daily and weekly updates on all media activity Support in event planning and delivery, including bookings and managing RSVPs, to ensure they run smoothly and to plan.

Design and coordinate screensavers across all sites. Update patient information screens across the hospitals. Update intranet, website and app with latest news and events.

Be the key contact in the team for ordering equipment, printing etc. using eProc Maintain the teams ESR and training records. Ensure distribution lists for key internal and external audiences, including the media, are up to date. Support communications colleagues with campaigns and key projects.
