At Icosa Water, we are searching for an ambitious Retail & Customer Service Support Administrator to join our expanding customer services department.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and outstanding career advancement prospects

Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager, the key areas of responsibility are:

Producing water and drainage reports for new home buyers.
Identifying and bringing new customers onboard utilising information from internal and external sources.
Updating and maintaining a complete and accurate database of customers.
Provide proactive communication to customers on any operational activity which may impact them.
Support the billing of Commercial Customers
Provide aggregated billing data to incumbents.
Assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering Icosa's performance and reporting commitments for customer satisfaction.
Assist other business managers as and when required.

About you

Knowledge of the Water Industry
Experience in dealing with customer queries.
A resolution approach to customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Passionate about ensuring that the customer journey is delivered right first time
Good IT skills including Excel with the ability to input data accurately and concisely.
