As a Customer Service Advisor in our Safety Services business, you will become an integral part of our team by communicating with our existing and potential customers every day.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out administrative duties including inputting information onto the database and corresponding with customers and the internal delivery team
- Whenever possible, developing opportunities for external sales and the delivery teams to meet with clients and expand all business streams
- Carrying out relief telephone duties/ follow up calls/ chasing quotes to cover holidays, sickness etc.
- Recording all customer enquiries on the CRM system and update communications, following up on any recorded quotes which have been raised in the system
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A proven track record of combining outstanding customer service with a real commercial awareness and understanding of its impact on the business
- Instinctive ability to manage customer expectations and the adaptability and creativity to think on your feet
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills (CRM proficient is desirable)
- A positive, cando attitude
