£60k - £66k

Their clients are some of the most diverse and interestinginnovators in their sectors and our client prides themselves on seeing their client's businesses grow.

You'll play a critical role in the management and strategy of our client's Audit Department.

Reporting directly to the Partners, and being part of the firm wide Leadership Forum, you will primarily be responsible for managing a portfolio of large clients,whilst also having people manager responsibilities where the development of others is key.


You will have:


  • Prior experience in leading and managing large external audits
  • Demonstrable experience of managing audits, some experience of putting together proposals and presenting them
  • Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 / IFRS
  • Be either ACCA/ICAEW qualified
  • Demonstrable experience in managing people, supporting your teams development and an understanding of how to motivate, communicate and support a high performing team
  • Know what good looks like with communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to have compassion, read a situation and know when it is appropriate for you to act, or to seek advice
  • A full driving licence with access to your own transport
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Have an understanding of a commercial business and the drivers for success
