We have great opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to work for our lovely client in the Mansfield area.

This is a great opportunity to develop or expand your career within customer service.

The role of customer service advisor will involve:

Receiving inbound calls from customers answering queries, providing feedback
Dealing with low level complaints and updating customers with outcome
Offering advice on products and services
Following up with customers to ensure an excellent customer journey and experience
Use of internal CRM Systems and MS Office
Previous call centre or telephonebased customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Use of MS Office
