Product Implementation Consultant

Chatham, Kent - Hybrid One day a week in the office

Salary:
up to £40k DOE
Our clients is a leading Proptech software consultancy, they specialise in integrating property, finance tech, and data. They are independent, aligning real estate tech with business needs.

They are now looking for a Product Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for assisting clients in the integration and use of their software products, ensuring the client's business objectives align with the software's functionalities.

This role requires a balance of technical aptitude, project management skills, and customer-facing professionalism.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement software on Azure & SQL MI.
  • Manage service inquiries, targeting user satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demos.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide user training: 1:1 and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams.
  • Support product development and lifecycle.
  • Deliver consistent, quality customer service per SLAs.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in SQL, including queries and programming.
  • Experience in Report Development, ideally SSRS.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • Experience in software implementation, ERP preferred.
  • Understanding of basic accounting.
  • Strong client communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate projects.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Chatham
