Job Description Salary:

Up to £20,000**
Countrywide are seeking driven and professional customer service specialists who want to be a part of an established, passionate team supporting accounting within Countrywide's estate agency network.

  • You may have fantastic telephone skills, be confident and a clear communicator and this may be your first office based role_

The role of a Credit Controller:

  • You should have first class customer service skills to handle often contentious situations where tact and diplomacy are necessary.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Take detailed notes of all conversations and actions taken, as these can often be required for future legal action.
  • Arranging payment plans to recover rent arrears that are acceptable to both landlord and tenant, and monitoring these to ensure they are fulfilled.
  • Produce accurate Rent Account Reports to clearly demonstrate how rent arrears have arisen over the duration of a tenancy.
  • In an industry such as property, compliance is key, therefore you will need to study and gain our industryrecognised qualification for which full support is provided.
