"Health is a Habit" - The company works with children of all ages and handles the school Sports and PE through their team of coaches. The company is trying to imbibe a culture of being healthy and making sport and fitness a habit in the children they work with.
MQ wants to promote this culture of fitness through scientifically researched & result driven programs with a curriculum that is exciting & engaging.
Responsibilities:
-
- Providing feedback and coaching during competitions.
- Mentoring students to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game.
- Training & Motivate students to improve in their respective line of sports.
- Hands on training experience in multi sports function namely [ Football, Cricket, Basketball, Tennis, Athletics & Gymnastic etc.]
- Maintaining the equipment and facilities to ensure safe playing conditions.
- Follow ups from lead coaches.
- Monitoring progress during training, provide feedbacks & reviewing their performance; establishing and maintaining positive relationships with fellow teachers, staff members & parents & promote an environment of open communication.
- Timely and effective audit in schools. Monitor Session as per the Ethos.
- Quality check, Feedback from principals and other operational process.
- Suggestion to enhance program, events & revenue generation ideas.
Qualification & Skills:
-
- M.B.A in Sports Management / PE Degree / Sports Coaching / Badges / Certification.
- Sports Enthusiast.
- Excited by the prospect of Travelling across India.
- Ability to build relationship with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years. [Male / Female].
