Job Purpose Statement

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to drive the creation, implementation and delivery of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and organisational change programs which include those related to DEI - focused specifically on leaders, teams, HRand Enterprise-wide programs.

The individual in this role will focus on initiatives for Columbia Threadneedle, with a focus on delivery of training for EMEA and APAC.


Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:


  • Conduct and facilitate OED sessions through facetoface or webbased solutions. Ensure solutions and tools are effective and well received; measure success.
  • Participate in the design of the assessment tools and instruments used to measure the value and impact of interventions.
  • Engage third party vendors and ensure delivery when required abilities or capabilities are not available through staff.
  • Develop and deliver learning focusing on careers, high potentials and leadership development initiatives.
  • Effectively partner with OED/Talent Development, HRBPs and key business collaborators to interpret development needs and requirements ensuring core and leadership/management curricula are bringing to bear global content.
  • Ensure efficient communication and marketing of the Ameriprise University in region supporting user experience and uptake

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:


  • Experience delivering and facilitating training with the ability to adapt to suit different audiences and cultures.
  • Prior experience designing training through an understanding of learning designs and principles.
  • Ability to influence senior executive partners, flexing style and approach as the need arises.
