Description
We're looking for a General Operative Apprentice to join our Kier Utilities team in Norwich. Within this role, you can enjoy flexible working, gaining a recognised qualification, work on exciting projects and even more.

Norwich (Waterworks Road)


Contract:
Permanent, full-time


Responsibilities


As a General Operative Apprentice, you'll be working within the Kier Utilities team, supporting them in recycling our water and returning it to the mains supply for drinking.


Your day to day will include:

  • Working on schemes including mains laying and repairs, pressure management, and district metering
  • Operating the health, safety, and welfare systems
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders


Alongside your role, you will also study for a
Level 2 Water Network Operative qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.
