Duties

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify and respond to potential security threats
Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and alarms, following established protocols
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry as necessary
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities

Experience

Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV, and other security equipment is a plus
Understanding of loss prevention techniques and the ability to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities
