Description

Duties:

Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus, and discuss allergen requirements
Taking the customers' orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation
Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables
Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments
Operating the drink station and coffee machine
Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials
Clear and clean tables and restaurant
Assist with pot washing duties
Maintain a clean restaurant and assist with cleaning kitchen
Training and courses will be offered to new employees

Experience:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not necessary
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities and customer service skills

Note:
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
