Description

Support the Acute Pain Nurse Specialists in the provision of relevant, effective and sensitive pain management that achieves best outcomes for patients suffering acute pain.

Advise and education for patients requiring pain management.
Be proactive in the development of a culture that is committed to innovation and quality improvement.
Provide leadership and direct line management to the Health Care Assistant.
Participate in the effective use of available acute pain management resources considering ongoing needs and potential problems.
