CMA HR Division are recruiting for an established organisation based in Winchester, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term basis for 12- 18months.


What will Senior HR Advisor role involve?

  • Dealing with complex casework coaching senior leaders to be equipped to best deal with a variety of cases
  • Maintain effective working relationships with managers, staff and HR colleagues to ensure technical and statutory requirements are understood and achieved
  • Contribute to overall policy development, ensuring departmental operational needs are balanced with consistent overall policy and practice
  • Assisting with training sessions, liaising with management to deliver bespoke coaching
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to monitor and update HR policies in line with current legislation
  • Ad hoc projects to support the team leaders and HR Manager
  • Fellow or Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to put the customer at the centre of what they do with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Extensive employee relations experience
