Joining us as a General Operative, you'll provide a low-level maintenance and compliance service to our private rented properties, carrying out duties such as fire alarm testing, painting, lock changes, furniture installation and property inspections.

With a minimum of 3 GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent (including Maths and English), you'll have previous experience of delivering a multi skilled whole job approach to repairs and maintenance.

With a good knowledge of health and safety legislation, you'll have basic IT skills and will have completed a recognised general operative apprentice or equivalent.

Above all, you'll have excellent customer service skills, the ability to travel between locations, working in a organised and methodical way.

A driving licence is essential for this role.
