An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK's top health-tech companies. Forth, based near Bristol, helps people reach their personal best through biomarker tracking. The role offers a blend of home/office working.


The Role


As a Customer Services Advisor your day to day role will be supporting customers with their queries through our online ticketing system.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting customers through excellent product knowledge
  • Liaising with the our laboratory partners and medical team with enquiries
  • Keeping our FAQ's up to date and expanding where necessary

Requirements:


  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Exceptional spoken and written English
  • Set high standards

This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours a week (9am-5.30pm)


Location
Our office is just outside Bristol on the edge of Chepstow, just off the Severn Bridge. We offer flexible working, with 2 days per week spent in the office and the other days at home.


Salary
Salary is dependent on experience. £19k+
