Job Overview
We are looking for an additional member to join our Dispatch Team at our factory in Atherstone. You will be predominantly responsible for wrapping our doors and preparing packages ready for our couriers to collect.

Also preparing delivery notes on our system and helping out in other areas of the factory where required.

You will need a positive can-do attitude and be physically fit as there is some lifting involved.

As part of a tight-knit team you will need to be a team player and be flexible to work in different areas as workloads vary.

Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative are also important as is having a good eye for detail.

A Forklift Licence would be an advantage but not essential as training for the right person can be arranged.


We are a rapidly progressing company with opportunities to progress into other areas of the factory as your knowledge of our products increases.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • To work well and be a valued member within the production team.
  • Be willing to move to different roles as requested by the Factory Supervisors depending on the production requirements.
  • To complete works orders accurately and in full, to lead times set.
  • To record and report stock changes using the systems in place by the company
  • To provide prompt and accurate communication to your line manager regarding any queries or issues that need to be addressed.
  • To ensure you follow health and safety protocols and procedures set by the company.
  • To ensure you follow quality procedures (ISO) and systems to support the companies continuous improvement and quality processes and procedures

  • Hours 07:30 4:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30 3:30pm Friday
