Our client is a privately owned building services consultancy with a rich history dating back to 1987. The company has experienced steady growth, offering first-class project delivery and employing a team of 75 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers.

The role of Lead Sustainable Consultant involves working on a diverse project portfolio, including masterplan regeneration projects, mixed-use residential and commercial schemes, hotels, and medical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of six people working on sustainability initiatives.
Manage workflows and serve as a conduit between the sustainability team and senior management.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and report progress towards sustainability goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sustainability integration across all project aspects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
Communicate sustainability initiatives and progress to clients.

Requirements:

Proficiency in sustainability standards and regulations.
In-depth knowledge of BREEAM, SBEM, SAP, and CIBSE TM52, 54, and 59.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
