An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Neurophysiology department and we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of our team and who can provide a high quality admin support service.

The post-holder will need good written and verbal communication, good IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment.


The post holder will be the first point of contact and provide face to face patient engagement for all neurophysiology patients upon neurophysiology reception.

Ensure the reception is available and efficient whilst providing support for the neurophysiology department with all admin responsibilities.

Ensure the timely and accurate scheduling of appointments working closely with the technicians and Consultants.

Provide reports and maintain a filing system that facilitates the effective running of the department.

Work collaboratively and provide cover, support and assistance for administrative colleagues within the neurophysiology department. Attend meetings as requested.
