ROLE TITLE:
Valeter

REPORTING TO:
Bodyshop Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

To clean cars to a standard that reinforces the customers feeling that they have received first class service.

MAIN TASKS

Wash, vacuum, clean and polish all cars using the approved materials and equipment in order to present the vehicles to the customer in accordance with company standards.
Carry out overall presentation checks, and cleanliness of the repaired vehicle.
Keep the car park tidy at all times.
Liaise with reception to ensure courtesy cars are cleaned and checked out ready for collection by the customer.

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE
The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader.

OTHER DUTIES

Due to the varying size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager of the Group to whom you have a direct reporting relationship.
