Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, at FBA UK LTD, your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch administrative support to our Director of Operations and Managers.

Your duties will include developing relationships with our students and partners, organizing meetings with a focus on business development, and managing correspondence, deliveries, phone calls, and live chats as the first point of contact at FBA.


Duties:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY ENCOMPASS, YET ARE NOT EXHAUSTED BY, THE FOLLOWING:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing. Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Serve as the primary point of contact at FBA, managing correspondence, incoming and outgoing deliveries, mail, inquiries, and live chat interactions to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Transcribe confidential notes for managers, particularly for meetings, maintaining high discretion.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Take a proactive approach in responding to queries and promptly escalate issues as necessary.
  • Assist in the completion of student admission records, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • It is important to follow up with current and potential students and partners in order to promote the reputation and growth of the company.
  • Support the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records. Provide administrative support to team members as needed

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures

Pay:
£23,868.00-£26,360.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
