Please note this is a Fixed-Term Contract until December 2023

The Role

As Pensions Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the compliance of all pension deductions processed through the payroll system
  • Helping to ensure the department is compliant with the legal duties required for auto enrolment, including reconciliations of deductions and payments to pension providers
  • Perform pension deduction validation checks, analysis and investigations regarding any exceptions, as well as highlighting any noncompliant behaviours.

The Experience
You may have previous Administration experience with Pensions or a Finance Shared Service setting, alongside the following skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good Reconciliation skills
  • Ability to deliver deadlines and to manage a diverse workload for a number of stakeholders
  • A good working knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivots)
