We are working with a leading consultancy practice to find an experienced

Head of Business Analysis.


This role will involve managing a growing Business Analysis function, whilst maintaining an efficient and incredibly high standards of delivery, ensuring that solutions and business plans requirements are fulfilled.

You will be responsible for leading the function, ensuring that all client needs are met to an exceptionally high standard.


Essential Experience:

  • Extraordinary Client facing skills
  • Introducing brand new Concepts and Strategies to be more efficient
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Practical Experience of Business Analysis
  • Proven Management Experience
  • Consultancy Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing the strategic Business Analysis plan, and owning this process
  • Delivery the service road map
  • Maintain consistent levels of highly skilled Business Analysts
  • Building out the team
  • Leadership role for the internal function
  • Ensuring the teams delivery is efficient and effective
