About the role

Store to Home Administrator

Full time 36.75 hours per week / Part time 23.75 hours per week

Permanent Contract

UK Notional hourly rate £11.85 per hour (Inclusive of an 0.54p per hour, store specific location allowance)

Shifts available Monday - Sunday (24hr operation - additional £1.50 per hour between 10pm and 5am)

Colleagues under 18 are not permitted to work between 10pm-6am**Heavy lifting and electrical vehcicle training may be required.

Key responsibilities
You'll create a brilliant experience for every local customer who orders our products online.

Working within our Store to Home delivery hub, you'll be collaborating with your hub team to process online orders, manage stock, maintain an accurate database of products and delivery schedules - plus you'll be supporting colleagues across your store to answer customer queries.

In short, you'll make sure our online customer experience and delivery service is the best it can be.


Required skills & experience


A brilliant organiser, problem solver and communicator, you'll feel right at home with us as you'll be working closely with colleagues and most importantly, our customers.

You're great at working with numbers and spreadsheets to maintain data accuracy, and even better at working with people.

You'll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working and you're flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
