Administration Assistant
Lalizas UK Ltd are seeking an administration assistant who has energy, enthusiasm and a 'can-do' attitude to join the team at our base in Hedge End.
The main role is to assist the business, working alongside both the operations and sales teams, processing the day-to-day administration.
It will involve but not be limited to:
- processing orders and allocating them for fulfilment
- raising purchase orders
- monitoring and updating ETA's of products to the warehouse
- liaising with hauliers and import agents coordinating deliveries of goods to the warehouse
- processing claims
- liaising with customers, suppliers and third parties
- ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date
There are times when we need to assist with incoming shipments to the warehouse and there will be some heavy lifting involved whilst receiving, moving, storing and despatching goods, so a good level of physical fitness and strength is required.
The above is by no means exhaustive and there will be times when other situations arise for which you need to be flexible to help Lalizas UK Ltd achieve their end goals.

Experience of Microsoft, B2B software and stock control systems is advantageous

Office based - Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire
hours Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays
Salary - dependent upon experience
Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
