We will rely on you to:

Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to understand future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

What you need to have:

Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication skills

What makes you stand out:

Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential
Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting
