We will rely on you to:

  • Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to understand future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

What you need to have:


  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills

What makes you stand out:


  • Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting
