Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Electrician's Mate to join our team. As an Electrician's Mate, you will support in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment under the supervision of a qualified Electrician.
Aid in electrical wiring, conduit bending, and troubleshooting tasks.
Assist in the inspection of electrical components to identify hazards or defects.
Help diagnose and rectify electrical malfunctions.
Collaborate closely with Electricians and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations under the guidance of experienced personnel.
Assist in keeping accurate records of work performed.

Experience:

Previous experience working as an Electrician's Mate or in a related role is desirable.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Willingness to learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced Electricians.
Ability to effectively use power tools and hand tools for electrical work.
Familiarity with local and national electrical codes is a plus.
Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with guidance.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
