Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Location - Hooton (Cheshire)

The role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to join our internal marketing team. You will be responsible for Click Consult's own marketing strategy and lead generation.


As the Marketing Manager, you will manage the day-to-day marketing activities and develop the long-term marketing strategy for the company.

You will have a creative mindset and strategic background that will enable you to plan, develop and execute multi-channelmarketing campaigns to deliver growth opportunities for the company.


You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to write copy that entices and engages specific audiences and media.

Collaboration and communication is key, with the role requiring you to build and maintain relationships from across the business,liaising with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns that are aligned with our brand's positioning.


This is a fast-paced role within an ever-evolving industry, so you'll need to have the ability to manage multiple projects and work at pace to meet tight deadlines.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development and execution of marketing strategy for the company.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns that deliver growth through new business and retention.
  • Align marketing and business development strategies to drive company growth.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns on time, within budget, and against company targets.
  • Development of lead generation campaigns and prospect nurturing.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage the company website and search marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing activity against KPIs.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management, tone of voice and corporate identity.
  • Planning and delivery of offline marketing events.
  • Manage and maintain internal marketing communications.
  • Line management and development of our Marketing Executive(s).
  • Liaise with our inhouse designers to develop industryleading creative.
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing tactics and techniques.
  • Keep abreast of the latest search marketing news and trends.
Relevant skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Proven experience of delivering leads in a B2B service environment.
  • Experienced in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Full campaigntolaunch process management.
  • Experience of full marketing mix (across digital and offline channels)
  • A strong creative background.
  • A strategic mindset with a handson approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of managing and developing a team.
  • A marketingrelated degree or professional marketing qualification would be advantageous.
