Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and professionally
- Assist in booking service & MOT appointments
- Provide general office and clerical support to the service team including invoicing, sending out service reminders, preparing and filing job cards
- Handle customer inquiries
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9am 5.00pm
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a serviceoriented environment
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
