Reynolds of Selby was established in 1995 and has become one of the best car dealerships in the area with an outstanding reputation for our customer service.

We are a close-knit family business looking for a Service Administrator to support our busy service department.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and professionally
  • Assist in booking service & MOT appointments
  • Provide general office and clerical support to the service team including invoicing, sending out service reminders, preparing and filing job cards
  • Handle customer inquiries

Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 9am 5.00pm

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a serviceoriented environment
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
