The Opportunity
To provide essential Technical administrative support for the relevant Team activity. In particular to efficiently co-ordinate and administer key activities such as people management supporting activities, facilities, Innovation/Change & asset data/healthinformation
Functional accountabilities
- Input of data into spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems
- Coordinate Compliance measures
- Raise purchase orders & approve invoices
- Customer Liaison/Appointments
- Complaints & Enquiries handling/Progression/resolution
- Project Tracking & Closure
- ROTA amendments
- Coordination & management of operational site utility metering accounts
- Coordination & management of departmental test equipment calibration
- Ensure all data is captured accurately and handled/stored to comply with Cadent Policies and Procedures
- Contribute towards the Future Energy journey for Energy Operations
- Ensure all activities are compliant with Cyber policy & procedures
Specialist Accountabilities
- Support Permitry & Traffic Management arrangements
- G/17 design & approval process coordination
- Updating and checking of technical drawings with Statutory Records and data with Asset Data Integrity
- Coordination & management of departmental training requirements including the STC process
- IMS coordination
- Aqad coordination
- Records retention and management
- Support SCCF pack creation & completion
- Source Preconstruction information
- Support GIP Workload planning and scheduling
What You'll Bring
We're looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience
Qualifications
- Administrative qualification (desirable)
- IOSH
- SCO qualified
Practical Experience
- Works well under pressure in a demanding environment
- Works well within a team
- Knowledge of financial accounts and budgets
- Has the ability to manage own workload
- Well organised, able to manage pressure and multitask, delivering high quality work in a timely manner
- Manage and prioritise competing priorities to schedule, organise and manage administration related to business activities
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations (across the business with managers and employees at different levels)
- A completer / finisher with a questioning approach and a keen eye for detail and high quality
- Ability to present and communicate information in a clear, confident, and professional manner without error
- Ability to confidently challenge current ways of working and articulate possible solutions
- A competent operator of standard Microsoft Office and SharePoint Products
