We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join us at our client's commercial premises at various sites in London where you will be working alongside the security team to carry out relief reception duties when cover is required between a Monday and Friday, giving both visitor, staff and contractors access to the building.

As a Relief Receptionist attention should be paid to the way calls are managed; focus should be on customer care and a positive and professional experience for anyone you encounter.

Welcome and converse with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Display an outstanding level of customer service continually striving to meet and exceed expectations
Observe suspicious behaviour and be proactive on reception

DS SIA Licence
Experience in a security environment is beneficial but not essential, we are willing to put the time and resource into someone who may be recently licensed to give you the first step you might need.
